Appointment Etiquette
Appointments are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Enough extra time is reserved so you can change clothes, complete any necessary paperwork, and remove any makeup from your skin.
IBS requires 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. It is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment. A confirmation will be sent as a courtesy, confirmation is made 24 hours in advance via call, email, or text.
A credit card is required to hold your first reservation, due to no-shows and last-minute cancellations. If last-minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you do not show up to your scheduled reservation, IBS reserves the right to charge up to the half price of the service that you reserved to your credit card.
COVID-19/Wellness Policy
If you have any cold, flu symptoms, reschedule your appointment immediately. If your are diagnosed with COVID-19 please inform me of your symptoms. It is important that we inform other clients to prevent the spread of viruses.
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee will not be applied if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or more advance notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice the following fee will be applied to your credit card.
Less than 24 hours' notice = 50% of reserved service(s), or $30, whichever is greater.
No Show/ Last Minute = 100% of the reserved service(s), or $30, whichever is greater.

Tardiness
If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last-minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply.
Payment Policy
IBS accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while in the studio, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.
Children/Guest Policy
Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit. Only persons who are being serviced are allowed in the studio.
Minor Treatment Policy
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are a new client, to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation before making a purchase.
All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Products returned unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and resaleable in original packaging, will receive a 100% store credit of the product purchase price. Opened, unsealed, and/or partially used products are not returnable.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Product returned by shipment must be insured and a tracking number must be provided. Please contact me for a return authorization number before shipping any return. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Purchase of seasonal items, "sale" items, or items special ordered for you are final.
No refunds on services.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.
If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call me to discuss your concerns.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. IBS is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced. The original cash value of Gift Certificates/Gift Cards will be honored toward the purchase of treatment or any products offered in the studio.
